Great and friendly staff. I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment to be scheduled or to see the doctor when I got there.

Don't go to this office, they will screw up their appointments and then send YOU a bill for not showing up - if you ignore it, they send it to collections . You will also wait an hour after your appointment to get seen. The doctors are good, but office management is horrible.

Calling as a new patient to the area they were helpful, consider and able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. They were very pleasant and made it easy to navigate all the new patient paperwork and learn about my needs. Dr. Keith worked with me to pick the top 3 things and get started with care that I needed quickly. The office staff and nurses were very nice.

Had a great initial new patient visit with Dr. Borges. Unfortunately my wife has been there and waited over 45 minutes past scheduled appointment time. And now I have tried calling in multiple times during open hours and can not get anyone to answer and then just get hung up on with out an option to leave a message. From looking at other reviews this office practice does not care enough to re-evaluate what they can do to fix some of there business issues.

The office does not fill out preauthorization (PA) forms for the pharmacy for prescriptions issued by their own doctors. The office staff just throws the PA form away and claims they never received them, leaving the patient and pharmacy with out answers. It took two months to straighten out my daughters prescription. If the office staff would have notified the pharmacy they received the PA but can not fill them out we could have handled the situation a little more timely
